Official Email:
Create an official email design@yourcompany.com
Provide us with all the email setup details
Have all your sales persons set that email in teir desktop mail clients
Replace your initial registration email for our system with that new one
Access Permissions:
Create 4 empty folders for us in advance at your subdomain
as
design.yourcompany.com: /customer, /design, /transferfiles, and /projects
Create 2 dedicated FTP connections: One FTP should connect to /customer,
/design, and /projects. The second FTP should connect only to /transferfiles
Provide us with the contacts of your main web administrator
